The mission of our dedicated claim department is to assist you
through the entire claim process, from preparation of the initial
report to final resolution. We believe this is most effectively
accomplished by assigning the responsibility to our claim manager
whose sole function is to act as your intermediary with the insurance
company and to ensure the claim is managed satisfactorily.
Our goal is to minimize the cost of the loss to you. For our Commercial
clients, this may require our involvement with management of litigation,
implementation of return to work and managed care programs and reserve
analysis. By using techniques such as these, we strive to reduce
the impact claim activity may have on future insurance costs.
Prompt reporting of claims will help to control the ultimate cost
of the claims. Many of the insurance companies we work with offer
a direct reporting option using a toll free number. Reporting the
claim directly allows the insurance company to immediately create
a claim file and assign the claim to an adjuster. Direct reporting
also allows you to establish contact with the insurance company
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will be notified by the insurance
company of any claim you report directly so that we can remain involved
in the process.

the facts of the claim available prior to making the call. Refer
